I'm at a Midas right now and my Infiniti QX4 needs new front brakes. I'm being quoted $395 (tax included) for resurfacing rotors and replacing front brake pads. Does that sound expensive?

yea, that does sound expensive...front pads should only cost around 50 bucks give or take a few bucks. And a resurface of front rotors should not cost 340

They will also be re-packing the wheel bearings. I'm not sure what exactly that is or if it's necessary but that was included in the price above. So, it's $395 to resurface rotors, repack wheel bearings and replace brake pads on the 2 front brakes of a 4x4 SUV. Is that reasonable? I mean, I just want make sure that it's not significantly out of line. I won't go someplace else to save $20 but if this should be closer to $300 than $400 I'll get it done somewhere else.

Thanks for the help.

Call the dealer and find out how much it costs there. I would think for that price that you could get new rotors.

Most modern front wheel bearing don't get repacked.

Sounds WAY high.
