Retractable door sunshades

Door sunshades seem to be a Premium Package option on some e46 models.

I'm wondering if they were an option on the 325iT, or if they could be retrofitted. Anyone know?

I've never heard of door shades on a E46 (they exist on E39s and are really cool). There is a rear deck shade available for cars with rear decks, but wagons don't have that.

Hmm. Very possible I misread the options list.

It would make a nice option, particularly for the wagon. But I wonder whether the doors are too small to fit the mechanism...
