what's invoice?

edit: Invoice is $42,355 so it's a decent cap cost.

With maco I think invoice is 42,830

maco should only be around $300 but it varies by region, and the training fee is $180. so there is around $1280 built over invoice, minus say $480, you are at $800 over invoice.. a decent deal.

Payment looks about right, but that is a lot due at signing. But I don't have any current '08 lease comparisons to compare it with.

That's not a bad price over invoice. $1000 over is a good point to shoot for. They are marking up the bank fee by $200 on you. BMWFS base bank fee is $625. I'd also look at how much doc fees are. These are pure dealer profit. Also, if you are a previous BMW owner, there is an OLP on the X3 right now. Look is the Ask-A-Dealer forum for more information.

Thanks everyone. We agreed on $ 200 less. Looking forward to getting the vehicle.
