Hate to bring this up again but now I have a few pics of the X3. When I introduced myself I mentioned that we know a doctor that had an 04 325i for sale. His wife priced me her x3 for $21,000 with 66,000 miles, extended warranty, black on black, automatic (dont know how to drive a stick so that option is crucial for me), 04 2.5i. Car does look good, backseat hardly used since kids go to college. Good or bad kbb is at$16,000. Also trying to talk my dad into it so words of encouragement please but say what you want if you dont like them.
Thanks,

In Feb. I bought my wife's 04 3.0 for $23k w/ 50k miles. It's an automatic with premium pkg, heated steering wheel, and sirius. It was also a CPO from the local BMW dealership with 2.9 financing.
The dealer had another X3 there that they hadn't put through CPO. He said if we wanted it he could put it through for $3000. By that measure (which is in no way scientific) yours doesn't look like such a good deal. What kind of options did it have? How would you be paying for it?

I purchased my loaded 06 X3 with 30,000 miles for $24,000. I did a nationwide search on auto trader and had the car shipped to me. It is PERFECT thank god.

Awful steep. I just picked up a mistikblau '06 x3 w/ 64000 mi for 18,600- pretty loaded.
Located within a 2hr drive, so not too far away.
Paint was treated like a lease-mobile, but nothing a good detailing (and the nice price) won't take out. (That chick musta wore a bunch of rings or had sharp fingernails, I tell you)
Mmmmmmmmmmm. heated steering wheel......
