View Full Version : end of lease, replace worn mat?

This is the first time I turn in a leased car. The driver side floor mat is worn. It is just my driving style. My left foot put a hole on the mat.
Do I need to get a new old when I turn in the car? Or the penalty is low then the cost of getting a replacement?

Hell no. The floor mat is the least of their concerns.

Mats are not included standard in the car, no?
You had to negotiate separately free mats with the CA, right? Or they threw them as extras without you asking.
By this logic, you should not return the car with mats. Since BMW does not believe they should be included in the car in the first place.
(unless of course, their cost was specifically part of the lease calculation and amortization, which I doubt)

I got the car with the Mat. I think I should go back and look at the PO. I probably paid for it myself. :)
