bumper question

I have a '99 323i and was thinking about replacing my front bumper, since it has a small crack on the bottom from a run in with a curb a while ago. I really like the bumper which comes with the 330i performance package. Does anyone know if this bumper is compatible?? I think I may need to change my fog lights to the new style, in order to accomadate the new bumper, but any help which anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone have any idea where I could by such parts as new bumpers and side skirts?? Thank you.

It can be done, and I am pretty sure you can just buy the parts at any dealer. How much it costs painetd and installed, etc?... that I don't know. But if you are looking at new foglights etc, you may be approaching $1K. It's a matter of asking around etc. You may get it for less. The guys at e46fanatics.com are experienced on this.
