Ok. So I had trouble bleeding my brakes. It turns out I had a bad bleeder valve on driver's rear caliper. But, I drove the car like that. Then, I got it home, changed the bleeder valve, and I got the wheel to bleed. However, I still have spongy pedal. Is it possible that because I drove the car with the one wheel I could not bleed, then bled it, that I would have to go back around and rebleed all the wheels that successfully bled before I changed the valve?:dunno:

i would rebleed it, just because you might have air in the system, but also another thing to look at, is the master cylinder. might have a bad o-ring internally (happened to my brother 3 times on his jetta in 1 month. 2 reman'd master cylinders same problem)

Thanks. I am finding out that bleeding brakes is not as easy as most people think! I will check that O ring.

bleeding is the easiest thing ever. the only time i had problems, was when i tried a vaccuum bleeder for the first time. every other time, i was the guy pumping the brakes (for some odd reason, i always had a dislocated shoulder, and the teacher said i was goin to let air back in the system)

Yeah. My chick was doing the pumping. So to speak.

I've got a mechanic looking at it right now. :eeps:
