I Got Hit On The Fuking Freeway

hey guys im ok everythings good. i ****ing got hit on the freeway today coming home from north hollywood. scariest ****ing **** ever. ****ing bitch in a brand new BMW sedan prolly 07 or 08 hit me rebounded and hit me again then ****ing drove off. i through my car into sports and ****ing chased her ass down and made her pull over. it was some white blonde chick in her late 30's early to mid 40's and she ****ing blamed me for hitting her.

and the cops were ****ing white guys that were assholes and everything i told them they thought i was either lying or making **** up even though my dad was standing next to me and everytime my dad tried to talk they told him to shut up

i almost socked the ****ing bitch in the face and the cops. my car is pretty screwed too. i couldnt even open the driver side door i had to kick the door open.

i'll post pics ASAP and i have no idea whats going on. its kind of a long story but basically a set of cops came at first and it turned out that it wasnt there territory they were from the 5 freeway and she hit me on the 170. so basically the other highway patrol came and they were ****ing assholes and they blamed me for the accident. even though the first guy said ya it looks like she hit you. she hit me by my wheelbase and its stupid because if i had run into her then my car would've spun out....

you SHOULD have probably just stopped the car, took her license plate down and called police and gave a number. Then she'd be reported for hit and run and that's serious crap. I feel for you, a stupid blonde twat in here 30s also almost cut me off in her 'sponsor's' 645ci which made me pretty furious and i was glad there was no contact otherwise i'd have to keep all the anger inside and do the cop thing... Dealt with woman hitting my car head on once before... not nice. I won the court case just by being civilized and polite and only talking to police.

Yes you should do that take as many as you can and from all sorts of angles, also take photos of the area where she hit you at as well.

If you can from behind where she hit and ahead so you get both angles.

Insurance investigators, well the good ones will go to bat for you if you provide lots of photographic proof and witnesses.

Ya. Its just that it was a BRAND NEW car. She didnt even have a license plate... Im 17 years old guys... so i honestly didnt know what to do. As second nature I just chased her down i didnt want her ass to get away. I woulda defenitely got the license plate number.. IF she had one lol...

Well the first cop said ya its kind of her fault he could already tell from the accident. but he called the other highway patrol that was designated to that side and they were assholes and kept telling me i was wrong and that we were BOTH at fault.

I'm sure if someone came on with a similar story saying the '^£%"$£%"£ cops were black guys ' then the black population on here would be up in arms.

hahahahaha :rofl: thanks wilson. i agree with you man. the lady was defenitely drunk or something. my dad said she didnt get out of the car for the whole time we were there and she looked all out of it and ****. and after they gave me there card and stuff they went back to the lady and talked to her and she signed something and gave a finger print.. what the hell was that all about?

my dad walked up to the cop and said whats going on and the guy was like nothing to worry about. i think there trying to fuk us over any insights?

Dude...sorry to hear about that. There's nothing that makes me madder than a bad driver in a nice car...if you can't drive you don't deserve a nice car, just irks me to no end. So I feel for ya man, glad to hear you're alright and everything though.

Last yr this benz hit my bf's car while she was pulling out of her spot, we called the cops, and they completely took her side.. I was like wtf?? are you blind or something, she came out of a illegal parking spot and hit our car and it was our fault cuz she hit us?? Stupid cops.

If you get hit in the side and it's your word vs her word, it's your fault. Unless you have credible evidence (i.e.- a witness), you will lose.

You might be able to get partially at fault, too bad there were no witnesses. damn ppl, nobody can spare an extra moment for some1 in need.

in my accident, we caused another 7 accidents as the stupid lady didn't want to call a tow truck and we could have been sued for negligence. her POS broke down instead of parking somewhere safe like say the side of the highway 10 ft ahead she decides to stop in the far right of the exit lane and the cops took 4 hours to show up! tow truck driver was too dumb to move the car as it's obviosuly my fault as I rear-ended them at 80 km/hr. luckily they were smart enough to get out of their car, and I of course was tailgating someone who suddenly switched lanes without signal, warning/brake lights for me
