Hey guys.
i went yesterday to AutoSalon '08. where i live in Sydney Australia, this is pretty much the major car modders event of the year. there were a few E36's there so i thought id post a couple pics of them.

suprisingly all the Bimmers there are Ricers with too much chrome. a couple of examples of E36's on 20" chromes. Ew. but hey, proves it CAN BE DONE.

the random picture of the Seat with the Embroidery, 'BMR2NV'.... this is my numberplate? some guy has it embroided on his Turbo E46 330

Well that event got zero play in the press. And I even perused the SMH automotive page today. Where is it held?

its normally at Homebush.
this year was at Hordern Pavillion in Fox Studios.

must have 1 leg shorter than the other....
Dont forget when taking pictures you may have to tilt your head to look at them, later on.

Sort of got to laugh at some of these cars, they have that much weight in them it's ridiculous...just think how much 2 giant subs and a full boot/trunk fiberglass/mdf enclosure weighs :)

its a modders show.. dont think theyre worried about weight.
hell ill admit when i put 2 x12" subs in my boot, i didnt even think about weight :S.

as for the angled photos...
im into photography, and honestly, if you ask me, a straight on picture of a car, is freaking boring?
plus if its diagonal, you can zoom in further :P

It really doesn't add to the sound quality at all, what it does do is make the car more audible to impress pedestrians.

Anyway when I was younger I did the whole stereo thing and made myself a bit def along the way, and the money I spent in stereo gear I could have had a deposit on a house LOL, waste of time and money looking back.

yeah i already had my 3x 12" rockfords.... overkill like u said
im content now with my 1 12" MTX. does the job, quality and crisp at mid volume.
