I think this is a fair deal, but I would like others input before I pick up X5.

I traded in my 2006 X3 Premium, Sport, Winter Package with 35,000 miles. They are offering me $23,000 for my X3.

I am purchasing a 2006 X5 CPO Premium, Winter package 25,000 miles for $32,650 with a 5.9% interest rate.

They said this is BMW's rate for 2006 X5. I have 760 credit. I thought I should get a little better rate?

Thanks

They want $10K more to go from an X3 to X5. That doe not seem to out of whack though I would say that given where gas prices are the spread between the x3 and X5 should narrow.

finance from penfed.org at 4.25%.

Sounds like a good price, but check the APR with another dealer. I traded my 2005 x5 4.4 in at the end of April, and my father-in-law bought it from the dealer the next week (in May) and the CPO rate was 3.9%. I thought it was still at 3.9%, but I could be wrong... The price appears to be fair, since mine was a loaded (Sport/Prem/Nav/Cold Weather/Rear Comfort/19" wheels, etc...) with 34K miles, and the MMR was $28K. They marked it up $1000/profit and $1500 for the CPO fee and sold it for $30,500 -- but it was an '05, not an '06. It was also a 4.4i... You did not specify if you are looking at a 3.0 or a 4.4.

Hope that helps.
