I am getting this for around 33.5K (Below 36K out of the door). It is from non-BMW dealer. Clean carfax, checked with BMW, on repair history.

It would help to know if it's e90 or e92 or e93.
Also what kind of a spoiler does it have upfront, like on the hood or something? Or do you mean it has a lip?

It is 4 door SEDAN. So it will be e90 I guess.

It got a CF spoiler on the back and small pieces on either side of front bumber.

Looks like a good deal to me. Nearly new BMWs are getting pretty cheap these days, that must be over $10K off MSRP. I bet someone is feeling a little foolish if it is a clean car as you say.
