Same as the June MFs. Unless you qualify for OLPs
I'm currently on target to pick up my X5 3.0 mid July. Locked in a LRF of .00215, which includes the OLP of .00025 and a 36month/15K residual of 53%. Additionally, I was provided the premium package option credit of $2,505.
1) Have the LRF/OLP/Residual's improved
2) In order for me to get the better rates/residual, does the PP option credit program still have to be in play or, if the PP credit is no longer available for July, can I still take advantage of better rates/residual since I'm locked in for 60 days?
Thank you.

OLP = Owner Loyalty Program. Basically, if you are a returning BMWFS lessee, you qualify. For the X5, LRF was reduced by .00025. The best OLP is on the X3, which reduces the MF by .00090. Too bad I didn't like that truck cause that, coupled with an absurd residual of 70+ % for 24 months is a phenomenal lease deal

Owner Loyalty Program. You either have to be a current BMWFS customer for at least 18 months or have been one within the last 6 months.

Can someone post up a table of the OLPs for the various cars? Also - is there a listing of the different trunk money? I know there is a 3 series Auto Transmission credit - or was in June. What's the story on that and those like it for July?
Was/is there a premium package credit for 3 series as well? Thanks in advance!

Got it thanks!!!
My situation is quite unique. I ordered my 335ci on May 31 and it is on the ship as we speak. I will be picking up a 528 for my wife on July 11th or so (the salesman for 335 did a good job of selling the 528 to my wife :ouch:)
I do not think, I qualify for OLP for my wife's car since I have not taken delivery of my 335. The 335 wont be here for another 2-3 weeks! :thumbdwn:
So i am kinda bummed... my 335 was ordered earlier before the 528 but will come after 528 :bigpimp:
i should say the situation is quite comical.... the 335 cant get OLP because it was ordered before 528 and the 528 cant get OLP because i wont have possession of 335 when i pick up the 528...
more drinks please

mail, read the MSD stickies. If you do multiple security deposits, you just put down one extra and you get the OLP discount, plus it is a great savings off your lease MF besides.

Thanks! I am already aware of the MSD program and I am using 1+7 MSDs for both my cars. For the 335 I have a rate of 1.81 (i know i could have gotten 1.6, but i messed up a bit ) and for the 528 i have a rate of 1.71
thanks to the forum!!

BTW: anyone aware of the credit offered by the BMW Car Club of America?

As I understand the current OLP program, you DO NOT need to be a current BMW FS customer, only a current (or recent) BMW owner. This can be proved with a simple registration card showing current ownership, or ownership within the last 12 months.
Please note that this only applies to money factor reductions and NOT the BMW FS security deposit waiver.

any guess on residuals?
trunk money on 5s and 7s?
crossing fingers.
edit...looked on edmunds. looks like 5K marketing incentive to dealers through 9/2 on 7s.

Hi Mail, can you shed some light on how you arrive the 1.81 rate? can I also ask you about which dealer you went with and what is your configuration? I am looking for a 335i coupe to replace my550.

Buy rate - allowance for 7 MSDs for 335 = 2.1 - 7*0.07 = 2.1-.49 = 1.61
Now if you are a first time buyer, generally there is a surcharge on the buy rate of .15 which can be removed by making an additional deposit.
So in that case, Money factor = 2.1 +.15 = 2.25
Now, the dealer is allowed to add 0.5 or so to the buy rate if you do not have MSDs
However if you have MSDs they are allowed to add only .2. So it is common for dealers to quote a Money factor of 2.75.
I put in 8 MSDs and negotiated the rate to 1.8 (the dealer said that this is the best he can do and has to mark up the rate form 1.61 to 1.8 to keep the lights running :))
Configuratoin: 335 coupe + sports + premium + shade + ipod + comfort access + space gray + brown leather + light poplar

I let them markup the money factor .0002 on my last 2 BMW leases but I wouldn't now. You offer $825 lease acquisition fee which is a $200 markup and you get the buy rate on the mf. If they won't do it that way walk. The reason is the mf markup is expensive. I negotiated a lease for my friend recently at a dealer who is known to be expensive, before I got involved they were marking up everything. We told them $825 and buy rate - not negotiable - and they said ok.

Base rate is .00200 with an allowed mark up of up to .00040.
And discount for OLP?
OLP lease rate redux is .00040.
You live in SF, NM, huh? I love it there. Haven't been there since 2002. I was able to check out and exhibit featuring O'Keefe and Kahlo. It was awesome.

Residuals went down a point... the mf is standard market rates based on credit score.

Is there a table for all the models with their respective OLP listed just like Leasecompare does on his monthly reports?
