This is a cut-and-paste from my Craigs List ad in case any GA boys are looking here too. I am only interested in selling this in Atlanta or someone will to drive to Atlanta.

6sp manual transmission. <b>No sales tax on this private sale in Georgia</b>, so it is like paying $30K from a dealership.

Why I am I selling at 2K miles? My life was a bit hectic over the last year with working moving me to Europe and then back. Long story short I bought this car via BMW's European Delivery program to use in Europe but I knew up front I may not use it much.

It is 100% US specification, the only difference is I got a very good discount picking it up in Munich so can afford to sell this cheaply now. The German plate you see is held on with double-sided tape and will come off so you have an undrilled bumper. The German plate on this car seems quite a head turner so I left it on a while to see the heads turn :)

No issues or even a ding, this is as new; I think this is a good price especially for a current model 2008, not 2007 car! I really don't mind keeping it, but with this mileage I'd rather get a used Miata.<br><br>

Registered/ titled in GA with no lien (title in hand).

Usual over the top modern BMW specification including
<ul>
<li>Adaptive Xenon lights</li>
<li>Parking Sensors</li>
<li>Back interior with grey wood trim</li>
<li>Lowered 'stiff' sports suspension'</li>
<li>Dual zone climate control</li>
<li>ABS/ Stability/ 6 air bags/ side curtains</li>
<li>Headlight washers</li>
<li>Driving lights</li>
<li>Great MP3 compatible stereo with two underseat subs and iPod input jack</li>
<li>Moonroof</li>
<li>Four year, 50K mile warranty/ free maintenance</li>
<li>etc etc</li>
</ul>

This has been carefully broken in by a mature owner and I even changed the oil at 1200 miles in case I keep the car. Most low mileage BMWs you see are accident repairs, ex-loaner or ex-demo cars.

Lol, good point. Price and model are in the title of the Craigs List ad: 328i for $32K (no GA sales tax) - had one person email within an hour of posting so it looks priced right so far..

I may be interested. Considering a SUV as well. I've got my Mercedes sold this coming Monday. I could easily drive over to Atlanta. I would have to pay the taxes when I get my tag here in Mississippi, unfortunately. Can you send more pics to me at reynolds@msbar.org. Thanks- Jimmie

I'll try to get more pictures together this weekend. I cannot sell it until a week or two at the earliest though (long story, job took me to Europe then to NYC suburbs and we finally move back to Atlanta this month; it is only $500 to have it shipped there so the miles won't be many more miles).

If you have to pay sales tax I think you'll find a better deal deal or just as good on autotrader.com. There are some '07s with ~15K miles for $30K. I have even seen higher mileage 335i around that price too! I think mine is deal to GA residents who can avoid the extra sales tax.

If you are thinking of an SUV a coupe might not be the car for you. It is pretty low and does not have much utility. Personally I preferred the E91 wagon we owned as a daily driver but that did not turn as many heads:) With gas prices as they are I bet you can get a great deal on any SUV too :thumbup: We have an '08 Honda CR-V which I love, but it is not quite in the same league as BMWs or Mercs.
