This is a cut-and-paste from my Craigs List ad in case any GA boys are looking here too. I am only interested in selling this in Atlanta or someone will to drive to Atlanta.
6sp manual transmission. <b>No sales tax on this private sale in Georgia</b>, so it is like paying $30K from a dealership.
Why I am I selling at 2K miles? My life was a bit hectic over the last year with working moving me to Europe and then back. Long story short I bought this car via BMW's European Delivery program to use in Europe but I knew up front I may not use it much.
It is 100% US specification, the only difference is I got a very good discount picking it up in Munich so can afford to sell this cheaply now. The German plate you see is held on with double-sided tape and will come off so you have an undrilled bumper. The German plate on this car seems quite a head turner so I left it on a while to see the heads turn :)

No issues or even a ding, this is as new; I think this is a good price especially for a current model 2008, not 2007 car! I really don't mind keeping it, but with this mileage I'd rather get a used Miata.<br><br>
Registered/ titled in GA with no lien (title in hand).
Usual over the top modern BMW specification including
<ul>
<li>Adaptive Xenon lights</li>
<li>Parking Sensors</li>
<li>Back interior with grey wood trim</li>
<li>Lowered 'stiff' sports suspension'</li>
<li>Dual zone climate control</li>
<li>ABS/ Stability/ 6 air bags/ side curtains</li>
<li>Headlight washers</li>
<li>Driving lights</li>
<li>Great MP3 compatible stereo with two underseat subs and iPod input jack</li>
<li>Moonroof</li>
<li>Four year, 50K mile warranty/ free maintenance</li>
<li>etc etc</li>
</ul>
This has been carefully broken in by a mature owner and I even changed the oil at 1200 miles in case I keep the car. Most low mileage BMWs you see are accident repairs, ex-loaner or ex-demo cars.
