Radio replacement E39

My pixels are going in my radio in my 2003 540i. I subscribe to Sirius radio using a seperate unit. What are my options regarding my situation. Is there a head unit I can replace it with Sirius radio capable installed in the head unit? Do I repair the head unit? I am open for any options but not looking to go crazy with it.
