Radio replacement/help

My pixels are going in my radio in my 2003 540i. I subscribe to Sirius radio using a seperate unit. What are my options regarding my situation. Is there a head unit I can replace it with Sirius radio capable installed in the head unit? Do I repair the head unit? I am open for any options but not looking to go too crazy with it. It is disappointing that the radio is going bad in less than 5 years. I am not sure the capability of my head unit so if my radio si capable or a replacement is possible, please respond.

You should be able to buy ANY readio from e39 97-03 X5's 99-06!!
Should be P&P, just make sure you get one for DSP if you have it..
