OBC brake circuit failure...please help

Hey guys,

My '96 328i just started giving me random "brake circuit failure" on my OBC. All my lights are working. What gives? Please help......

The brake circuit failure indication on the OBC is cleared by replacing the switch located above the brake pedal.
