The guy that sold me my M3 yesterday had a sunshade with two suction cups on either side that attached to the side windows. I could not find one today.

Any information on the best fitting sunshade for an M3 would be great.

I think people appreciate that I am just trying to keep the car in as good condition as it was when I bought the car.

It is a joy to own an M3 that has been so well maintained as mine.

I think a comparable car would cost 3-5,000 more.

What a feeling driving an M3 after buzzing around in a 318 for 10 years and 130k miles!

Front or rear? I use a just a generic sunshade for the front that is held in place by the sunshade visor and rear view mirror. Too me there is no reason to spend a ton $$$ on a sunshade that does the same as cheap one. I live in AZ so I also tilt the sunroof up, just to dissipate heat.

Front, I dont think they were real expensive, he just said they seemed to fit the best. I will email him maybe.

One thing that helps alot with car heat if you have the time is to throw a cover on the car, obviously.

BMW does sell ones that are more rigid and fit the front window perfectly, but they're not suction mounted. I think they're about $40 or so. Definitely a premium over a generic one, but not terrible.
