Just a friendly poll to see how much you paid over invoice. I'm shopping for a 330ci right now.
Whatever MSRP is? :dunno:

great poll question. looks like you can easily get it at 5% over invoice. edmunds.com TMV seems to over estimate the target price.

Magna-
I thought it was a fair enough question. What better to judge how much I should pay than ask those that already have bimmers!
I got something like 4.4%... so I picked 4%. I didn't negotiate in rounded #s though... However not long after I bought my 2002, demand jumped so I dunno how much you could get one for in my area today.
My car is also ordered, after talking with the fleet manager/internet sales and pricing based on invoice. I doubt getting ~5% is possible on a walk-in.

got invoice on mine. But I have an unfair advantage. I live in Germany and I am in the miltary so I got a factory direct price. just about 37 even for my 330i.
cutter motors refuse to give me any discounts other then their "internet special price"..which was pretty good i believe, but i don't know how many % over invoice
j;)

Have a 325Ci on order that I'm paying approx. 5% over invoice here in NJ. I was told the coupes were discounted less than the Sedans due to the availability and I was told I was lucky to get what I got at 5 % above.

I have a 330 convertible on order and am paying list minus $550.00. In this area I was lucky to get even a $550 discount as most dealers I called in Florida and south Georgia wouldn't budge off list price to order a convertible.

4.2% over on an ED deal. I don't think you could do nearly as well on non-ED.

Well, you probably don't want to hear this, but I special ordered a 325i on January 29th and paid $500 UNDER invoice. It was the combination of a brand new client advisor and sales manager who made the mistake and I WASN'T going to complain. They even threw in floor mats and wheel locks.
Of course, my car has been produced and has still not shipped yet. I have the VIN, but how do I find out where it is was actually produced?
I've been using Owner's Circle to track progress, but I'm going to call Customer Relations tomorrow to get more up-to-date info.
