Anti Roll Bar for the E36 1999 and Seat and Panel

Hi All,
I have given my car to be repaired in the Process I noticed that the Anti Roll bar was cut
I need to get a replacement ones for the detonators had gone off and I need to replace the Bar and det so I looking out for second hand ones I have looking and couldn't find any any one who lives in London area have some advice where I get these with out paying an arm or leg for it will be nice. Thank you....:(

Do you mean the roll bars that pop up to protect in a roll over? Those are roll bars, not anti-roll bars.

I wouldn't know where you could get one in the UK. Perhaps at a wrecking yard (I think you guys call em breakers). If not, you'll likely have to buy new. I'm surprised they were cut. That's odd. What exactly is cut? Pics?

I bet someone cut the locking pegs off because they couldn't figure out how to slide the bar back down. Come to think of it I think I remember reading a post on here that said they had done that - can't find it now though.

If the pegs have not been cut off then you should be able to reset the rollover safety bar without needing to replace the whole bar (it is just a spring loaded mechanism not explosive like an airbag).
