Z3 adjusting doors

Hi,

My driver side door sits about 1/8" out too far and so sometimes I can't set the alarm unless I really slam it! I looked to adjust it in, but both the door and sill sides don't seem to go anywhere. The Bentley book has nothing on this. Does anyone know how to adjust the doors in or out?

Try looking at the door striker, it usually uses a #40 torx, but mark before you move it. On most BMWs, it will move in/out up/down.

I agree the striker is most likely the problem
