Cabin Microfilter replacement

Hello. I have an 04' 545I E60 that I bought new cabin filters for. Replacing them is easy, but I can't figure out how to reset the computer? My dash still lights up and the mileage is negative under the service menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
