Z3 rear Window: Which is best?

Original BMW or the emiata.com? I like the tinte version, but if it doesn't fit or look right, I'll buy the original.

I've heard lots of good things about the emiata window. The tint is a plus as well. Never had the emiata, but I'm planning to get one from them when the time comes.
