Hudson Valley, NY - Dutchess County Indy mechanics

Hi, I just moved back to the area after living in Indianapolis for 3 years. I had a great Indy mechanic there and I am looking for one here. I need an oil change now and like to test someone out. I have it done every 7500 miles with BMW synthetic oil. Can anyone recommend a place for me to take my car? Thanks

Where in the Hudson Valley are you? I have been very happy with Mitchell Motors on Rte 55. They sell and service MB and BMWs.

Tara BMW was there when I was there (am I showing my age?) I believe they have gone the way of the dinosaur!

The only place I use for servicing is Orange County BMW in Harriman. I am under full maintenance still, but, I will probably use them when/if I run out the warranty.

Tara BMW is now Hudson Valley BMW. While my 540i was still under warranty I used them and had no terrible experiences. However, since you are out of warranty I recommend Mitchell Motors since you are close to them. I think you will be happy - they are cheaper, faster, and more honest than the dealers in my experience.

On the other hand, if you have the time and willingness this is a very easy DIY job. I do my own oil changes and we could meet up and do it in less than 30 minutes. PM me if you want to discuss further.
