Best Shop and Carwash in or around Manhattan

Hello,
Can anyone recommend the best BMW dealer for service? Also, what's the best carwash in manhattan?
I just bought a 08 550i from a private party and will need to get the NYS inspection; should i bring to the dealer or just any shop?

1st time service with Rallye BMW is awesome... then subsequent visits are sub par... Bayside BMW is decent too.

I've never washed my car in Manhattan (Little Neck Car Wash is my biweekly wash stop)
