The seat belt in my coupe hurts my shoulder and clavicle, Is there a way to adjust the height?
Any suggestions?

Look at how the seat belt is attached to the car's structure (in a car built for Mexico, that would be over your left shoulder). If it's adjustable it should be obvious. An alternative would be to locate and read your owner's manual (on this forum this alternative is referred to as RTFM).

There is no shoulder belt height adjustment on the E90 and E92. This seems odd for a 50k car, but it is what it is. You might try experimenting with the seat position to see if you can take some of the pressure off your shoulder.

OTOH, I find the pressure of the belt is so slight in my 335i sedan I hardly notice the seatbelt anyway.
