Ya know I just don't get it. The above dealer has aggressively priced some CPO vehicles for the past two weeks in local area newspapers. I called for a particular X3 last week asking if it was available and the salesman said he would check and never called back. I called back that same day figuring he lost my number but he said he was still checking!Today I tried again and he promised to call me back and never did. Believe me this salesman is an asshole and the dealer are bigger asses for letting this guy work there!

LOL some dealerships are crap... I remember when my parents were looking at buying an all new 2000 323Cic, they pulled up in my dad's Hyundai scoupe commuter beater. They were such elitist snobs that my parents walked out. Drove a 1/2 to the next closest dealer and bought the car there, CASH. It was an '00 323Ci Steel blue on grey fully loaded with Nav, price tag was like 55K or something like that... Oh well, they lost I guess!

Life Quality is the pits. I use to live only a few blocks away from them and went to the dealer in L.I. for service.

Well if the service sucks as well as the sales staff BMW should strip them of their franchise!

I've emailed this dealer for a 335i quite a few times and they were really poor on getting back to me as well.

Try Open Road BMW in Edison NJ they are much more helpful. GL

I got my 335i there with no problem at all. It all depends on when, who and how. However, I just live far from their service department. So I probably won't go there.

I walk in Rallye BMW every time I stop by BJ's wholesale club. No one even bother to say Hi to me. It was like I don't have money to buy anything there. Bayside BMW gave me ridiculous deposit requirement for Euro VAT if I want to go ED.

My sales person at LQ was Andy. I asked for ED+PCD. I got no stupid reply at all. He just went ahead and set it up. He knows how the whole process works and gave me all the info correctly (I knew it from reading Bimmerfest in advance). It is just luck...
