Need help finding rebuild kit for turbo specific build!!! Help!!

Hi i need help finding a rebuild kit but i dont want OEM i want something that will with stand a turbo build... i plan on being able to push at least 8 to 15lbs of boost... if you guys can give me any tips n tricks i would highly appreciate it..

the car is a 1995 M3 E36... everything is stock on it besides intake and exhaust..

i have actually searched i called bavarian and AA tuning in floirda. but what theyre saying to me is that i have to spend $20,000 for 350hpwr.... dats rediculous..

My buddy has AA Stage II supercharger putting down 12psi, it keeps up with a c5 z06 in the quarter mile and tops out about 165-170mph. DIY like he has he has spent about 10k in drive train and tranny alone to have a 400 rwhp car, so 20k is not far fetched having someone else do it. Horsepower is not cheap.

but i dont need the labor ive already built the motor i just need the parts... and i want to go turbo im not a supercharged kinda guy... ive got the manifold the intercooler and the turbo, but i really need some help with the lower compression rings and i need help either with a full stand alone or the ecu tuning...

to be perfectly honest..there's not too many guys on here who do that kind of work. there are a handful of elitists and the rest are just looking for help with normal problems with their cars. unfortunately, there isnt alot of experience with major tuning like that, hence why it might cost you so much to get the horsepower you want. sorry bud
