I am trying to remove my plastic headlight covers so I can try to clean the haze off the inside of them. I have heard people recommend Meguiars Plastx Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, but I can't figure out how to remove the things. Does anyone have any idea? I wouldn't think it would be that hard to do.

The haze in on the outside. Polish there!

strong wax will do the trick with a lot of elbow grease. If your lights are stock they dont really come apart.

How bad is it? There are kits you can buy at Advance Auto with high grit sand paper and polish (or buy them yourself), which will do the trick.
Oh, and as said above, it's on the outside.

Oh ok, I just assumed it was on the inside. That makes it easier. I will go ahead and give it a try then. Thanks

Plast-X. Period.
Five bucks a bottle and you can do 100 headlights. Beats the hell out of trying to polish or wax or buff or any of 100 other things people do. And Walmart sells it.
