My clutch needs to be replaced and I'd like to upgrade as well as go ahead and swap out the getreg while I'm at it. I've got access to a friends garage who changes clutches for everyone I know so I won't need to pay for installation. I found a deal on one from an M roadster. I just need a group opinion, should I be worried about the rust on the clutch and flywheel? And the ZF is a direct replacement, right?

It will bolt right up to the engine.

But you'll need a different master, slave, and possibly driveshaft to make it work. I'm not positive about the driveshaft but I think the getrag has a 3 bolt flange and the ZF may have a 4 bolt.

Maybe vice versa? Not sure.

That would def be a great upgrade! It will fit without a doubt! i honestly dont know though if a getrag driveshaft would be long enough or short enough if you know what i mean hell maybe it fits just right... you'd have to find out either someone who has done it or get measurements on these tranny's.
The only thing about the M3 driveshaft on later models is that the end which hooks to the diff the flange will be a 6 bolt pattern versus the 4 bolt already on your 325.
All in all id say buy it and find the right driveshaft later you cant lose.
