I did a search and found some vague answers, but I was wondering if anyone had any more positive ideas on what may be wrong.

One slight inconvenience is that when I stick the key in the driver side key hole and turn, it won't go either way. Is this because the actuator is shot?

Also, I was wondering why my window seems to go up in "stages" if I don't press the up button hard enough, so I pulled the black power plug out and put it back in, worked fine. I then pulled out the white plug beneath the motor, nothing. Stuck it back in, and now the window doesn't want to budge. Did I bust a gear and it's a coincidence, or is something else screwed up?

Thirdly, there is absolutely no power to the passenger seat. The seat is stuck in the farthest back and lowest position, upright. The fuse as far as I can tell is fine.. any suggestions?

I don't want to be throwing money everywhere, so I'd like to get some good solid answers.. thanks in advance!

Update for the window. I applied some pressure to the top of the window and it started inching up, so I got my brother to press the button while I applied pressure to the top of window. It will move halfway up and go all the way down without assistance.. so that's a bit strange. If I figure this out, I'll update the thread.

Im not sure if this will help of not, but i read somewhere you have to re initialize the front window.

Haha well, if I could pull it out I would.. but I can't get to the rear bolts :D

DeviantX, thanks for the suggestion, but I think I need the window to go all the way up and down without assistance before I can reinitialize it.

I had the same problem with my car, but its crashed now.. The dealer told me I was going to need a new key and keylock(where the key goes in) but you might wanna try a new key first..
