Hi all,
Just register on this forum, and hope to chat, ask, and maybe, who knows, provide some answers. For now I have a quick question:
Just purchased a 645CI from the US and I like in Canada ( Where Day running lights are mandatory ) does anyone knows if, and where I can change this.

Thanks in advance.

hmm maybe smooth talk your dealer and see if they'd do it. if not, pop over to the US and have it done. daylight driving lights are annoying!

In Vancouver there are many shops where you can turn of the DRL. Basically the shop needs a machine/computer that hooks up to the idrive and literally takes 20 seconds to do. They plug it into the car, and go through to where it says DRL and turns it off.

the dealer cant deactivate them in Canada because having no drl's is illegal. find a indy shop it takes them 2 mins.

I'm thinking it's country specific, but in my ///M6 I can make the change under "Vehicle Settings". IIRC, just before I traded in my 650i, the CIP was upgraded to 27.x and it had the option there as well.
