confirmation needed... am i supposed to have a first aid kit

i searched and seem to get conflicting answers. some have posted they do have them, while others don't.

some also say you only get the first aid kit and flash light if you do ED.

so can a CA chime in and let me know if i am supposed to have these items?

First aid kit is only in Europe or ED.

Flashlight should be a tiny little one, non rechargeable, in the glovebox. Look again.

For FA kit, depends on the car, which you are silent on. Entry level vehicles (1er, 3er, X3) may not come with one. Premium-level (5er, 6er, 7er) do come with one in the U.S.

Factory delivery cars will always get one.

My 335xi I just picked up has the flashlight but it had been sitting on the dealer's lot for a while.

I got my 05/2008 e92 via PDC in July I was told by the delivery guy that the batch of cars mine was in, was the very last to include a BWM flashlight. (The single AA battery LED with the logo).
