compression

yeah i know i should of got the m6 but when i got my 6 the m still had a 25,000 mark up. now i can get a used one for like 70,000 but any how. The reason for the m sounding like a ferrari or street bike is the compression ratio, its not the 10 cylinders. lots of other 8 cylinders sound like the M, so therefore does anyone know how to raise the compresion ratio on my 6?

Pull the heads and have them shaved. I won't be doing anything that serious until I am out of warranty. However if I new someone who could do custom programming on my "6" I would be slapping a trubo on it right away.

Does the above mod do anything besides make the car sound like an M? And is that really what the OP is trying to do, make the car "sound" like an M? I would think the Eisman exhust would have been sufficient.
