Does anyone in the DC/NVA or baltimore area want to trade front and rear lenses with me. I have a '02 330Ci with the clears that came with the sport package, however, I like the look of the orange lenses front and rear. I figure if your in the area we could meet up somewhere, and trade and do the installation together on both cars. Rear lenses are unique to coupes so no sedans/wagons. email me at m035604@nadn.navy.mil to let me know if you are interested. Since my car is only a month old, I ask that yours is in good enough condition(ie no scratches or marks of any kind on lenses) thanks a lot!!

Ii'm in Canada and would be willing to trade, I don't know how we'd do it though. I'd be willing to garage my car for a day or two and pay for speedy shipping.

I want clears bad!

i'm sure a lot of people will be willing to do that, the clears cost almost $300! I still have my ambers, and would not mind swapping them for your clears so i can sell yours... haha!

I keep telling you guys, clears are out, and amber is "in"...this is just another example of it. Just like bell bottoms, hip huggers, and tye dye t-shirts, amber is "in" style again! :D

Not for the coupes. Sedans yes, coupes are identical since they were not part of the updated front and rear look.

The 2002 Coupe's front are different from the '01 coupes. Instead of a snap-on corner, it now has a screw.

So the style is the same but the mounting system was changed? I was under the impression that the coupes styling was not changed and only the equipment on them was changed. Only the sedan were different. Am I wrong?

Yeah, they look the same from the outside, but the way they are now mounted are different. I guess some people with the snap on version had their corners pop out while driving? (I heard that on the e46fanatics forum). So this screw on type method on the '02 should for remedy that problem.

That makes sense that they changed the desing. It was a real ***** having to get the front markers to fit when I put them on my car.

If I were Ben, you should switch out the rears and side markers with this guy and just buy the front corners. The expensive part of buying clears are the rear lights. The front markers are cheap !!

Does anyone know how much I should expect to pay for clears if I have it done at the dealership (including labor)?

Thanks ;)
