I just got back from the autoshow in motion, staged at Nassau Coluseium in Long Island. Its sponsored by GM, but they have a variety of cars to drive around on short road courses. The lines were longest for the 525 and 325 they have, both auto, but they do have manual CTS's and Saabs there, and this is the kicker, z06 corvettes. The vette accelerates from 2nd gear like my 330 in first. Also, the have hummer h2 to drive on an off road course. I must say, im impressed with its capablities, much like bmws though, those capabilites are wasted on public roads. Anyway, people in the area should give it a try, the admission is free and they serve lunch, you can register in person on at www.autoshowinmotion.com.
