View Full Version : Prolumen 50W Digital Ballast is out...

I've tried just about everything else, and didn't want to bother any of you, but I have run out of options.

9 months ago, I purchased a pair of Prolumen 50W Digital HID kits from Ouri at BavToys.com. On the receipt provided with my payment confirmation, it says I have a lifetime warranty on the parts I purchased (and I'm assuming this is through BavToys.com and not Prolumen). Since I have determined that one of my ballasts has gone bad, I'd like to take advantage of the warranty and get my head light working again. Does anyone know how to contact BavToys.com and them actually get back to you? I have e-mailed them directly a few days ago, sent them a message through their website yesterday, and tried calling the only phone number I have for them (which came up to be disconnected/not in service anymore...). I have also e-mailed Prolumen to see if they can help me with this.

Needless to say, I am scratching my head over this. If anyone can offer me any help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
