After mounting four new tires, the flat tire monitor indicator lamp remains on and won't reset? Any ideas or suggestions on how to reset the lamp? I have drive the car several at least 25 miles, and have stopped and started the engine a few times.
Thanks In Advance for any tips.

The owner's manual has the procedure to reset it. IIRC you press and hold the button on the console for 5-10 seconds.

At a standstill, press and hold the (!) button at least 5s, and then drive off immediately. The system will reinitialise.

The Check Control is NOT on the X3 or Z4. This is E46 software we're talkin about, good ol'-fashioned dash button.
