Need help with X5 lease how much better could I do?

looking at x5 cold weather premium package, premium sound, rear climate, technology package, iPod, heated rear seat. Msrp 64,475 discount to 60,000 with zero down got 886.87 month before taxes 931.21 after taxes. I know I can get better first time bmw buyer don't have enough to go with msd's. New job with significant pay increase this month just started plus moved anyway. Even with zero down had 950 security+ 1st month plus 383 aquistion fees plus 825 cap reduction plus 41 taxes total 3130.96 out door so how much better could I do. Not sure if they gave me 0.00175 money factor but looks close also 15k lease 3 years. Thanks for any advice also any options I may regret not getting?

Based on nos. you provided, the pmt should be 848+tax per month. It looks like they are marking up the MF, which in the current economic/high fuel prices environment may not be very reasonable.
