645 Bluetooth connection speaker volume HELP!

Hi, could anyone help me with advice on how to increase speaker volume during a phone call.

I have 04 645ci with a Blackberry 8120 (Pearl) I have tried the obvious car volume dial and also the phone earpiece volume dial with no success.

I am finding it a real problem hearing the call at speed. I would be grateful for any assistance.

i had the same problem with my iPhone. the volume wouldn't increase over the steering wheel button. i then turned up the volume on the phone and that worked. surprisingly, after that i could also turn up the phone call volume over the steering wheel.
