I have posted on this issue as part of others before, but I wanted to bring it up again as it is at the dealer again for this problem.
Every 2 weeks or so the buzzer does not stop after starting up and only turning off, removing the key and waiting 60-90seconds kills it.
I just got a call back from them saying they could not get it to behave erratically and there is no way they can disconnect it??
So I did a search again and saw a post by Ron Stygar on the instrument cluster accoustic chimes, so you are or are not able to switch this off through settings on the ECU??
Secondly, my sticking steering issue when hot and after standing in the sun for hours continues, and the response was 'nothing unusual detected', as expected. OK well I guess I need to wait until it totally locks up and then bring it in, of course that would probably be after I hit a guardrail and it is totaled.
I am so irritated I could scream.
