I am a newbie and has read lots of threads regarding leasing, offer and price paid. I haven't see anyone mentioned the Destination and Handling fee. So does the actual sale price of a leased car should be (assume no incentives)
Invoice + Destination and Handling + MACO + Training + Acquisition Fee + Dealer Profit
If dealer does charge Destination and handling, are they able to mark it up like Acquisition fee?
Any difference when do ED?
apparently, the destination+handling is the same - remember, they have to get the car back to the USA - and they'll fix anything that was wrong for redelivery I understand - meaning it's even more for your $$$ if you use ED.

Destination charges are not marked up like acquisition fees. They are set and are the same for U.S. or ED.

You're confusing some items. The price of the car is invoice ( which includes the destination ) + MACO + Training + dealer profit. The lease acquisition fee is $625 and can be marked up to a maximum of $825. It can be paid up front or added to the cap cost. There is no such thing as a handling charge. Some dealers may invent one to add to profit however.

When you do ED you don't pay the $180 Training Fee neither MACO.
