I have to replace all four tires on my 2003 BMW Z4(2.5). It currently has the runflats. Can I replace them with non runflats.

Damn right you can and you will be amazed at the ride and handling improvement.

I'm looking forward to feeling the difference myself. Ordered an M mobility kit for the trunk just in case I get a puncture...:eeps:

Yes you can--it will feel like a different vehicle--get a 12 portable inflator(compressor) and a can of Flat-Fix and carry in the trunk for punctures. I have 18" staggered on my '03 with sport package and I got Pirelli P-Zero Nero AS and they are great--20k still quiet and wearing well.
Does the pump fix cut sidewalls and bent rims?? GH

Has anyone used the gummy-worm type of puncture repair or the Tire plug kit such as this:

I actually have one of these in my SUV and a smaller one in my Motorcycle panier. HAven't had to use one yet but apparently they work pretty well.
Opinions ?

Nope, and neither will "run-flats"--remember that runflats are rated for 50 MPH max and 50 miles--most likely a compressor and can of flat-fix will do at least this. Cut sidewall and bent rim=flatbed truck..:yikes:
