Has anyone come across this ad on Craigslist?

I am thinking of getting it but the seller doesn't want to let anyone drive the car, says doesn't have insurance on the car since bought another car. I asked if can do a ride along and he said can ride along in the parking lot.:eek: I also asked for a vin# or where the car was serviced, he didn't want to provide it. He then switched the price to 14k.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with this ad. The car was nice and looked well taken car of. It does need break service per seller. Has original radiator and I saw some coolant on the side of the radiator. I made an offer of 11,750.00 as is on sight, but seller not budge. I asked in order to get full price car has to be checked out. I don't know why people try to sale a car and don't think you will want to have it checked out. :dunno:
