Hi Gary...I just sold my 2007 335i E93 that included the ZSP with 18" wheelset amongst its many options...although I never drove my 335i in the winter, I had purchased a set of 225-45-17 Dunlop SP Winter Sport M3 DSST RFT snows on a set of your 5 x 120 alloy wheels with TPMS...I have replaced the 335i with an equally loaded 2008 M3 E93 with the 19" wheel package and would appreciate your professional advice regarding my winter wheel and RFT and non-RFT winter tire options...there is always a chance that the M3 might never leave the garage this winter but I've just about reached the time in life when year round performance car driving becomes the rule rather than the exception...thanks in advance for any help that you can provide...Dave

Unfortunately we do not yet have any information on winter setups for the new M3 yet, but I do hope to have more information available around mid to late September. I'm guessing that 17" probably won't fit over the brakes.

The winter setup sold by BMW dealers in Germany and listed in the German price list is four style 270M wheels in 18 x 8 with 235/40R-18 95V winter tires front and rear

Brakes
Front ventilated disc-diameter
14.2 inch

Rear ventilated disc-diameter
13.8 inch

that pretty much rules out 17s.

the 335i has 13.7" rotors up front and there's about 3mm of clearance between the caliper and the inner barrel of my 17" winter rims.
