Gary,
I was going to try and go down one on my 2006 X5 4.8is for winter. Tire Rack only shows either 20" or 18"...any reason why no 19" are available?

It is still a bit early so all available packages and sizes aren't on the site yet. I'd suggest trying back in mid to late September.

Can you confirm last winter there was a 19" setup available?

The only 19" wheel we see that would work is an Avarus wheel called the AV3, but I would avoid using this wheel for a winter wheels as the finish will not be as durable for winter use as a completely painted wheel. For your X5 I would recommend sticking with 18" so that you can find an all-painted wheel with a good clearcoat.
