Have some rattles from one of the passenger side front speakers along with what appears to be a FADE in and out of the DSP system. It sounds as if the TREBLE leaves the sound then fades back in and out. Very troubling on a new vehicle.

I love the ride and can't wait till break-in period is over.

The stereo volume is speed sensitive. Do you think this may be what you are hearing as the volume (and the bass and treble) compensates for road/wind noise?

If it is the stereo, it will be replaced under warranty.

No the treble was definately fading in and out. it's seems to be a sporadic issue, so I'll have to keep my eyes on it.

Go for it.... What a Great Ride and the 4.4i Growl is Sweeeet...

I came out of a 528i Automatic and this SAV feels faster and handles almost as good. Nothing like a 5 series (or 3 for that matter) for handling.

Now's the time as lease rates are low and residuals are still high...

To BMW NA...

I am disappointed at the lack of BASS in a system that at $1,200 bucks as an upgrade cost is very steep.

Why wouldn't BMW use a 10 or 12 ince sub back there so there is NO distortion?

That should be fixed.:dunno:

You've heard it before. I'll say it again. I love my car, but for a so-called "premium" audio system (at a premium price), the HK is a disgrace. :thumbdwn:
