On previous thread about inoperable power windows and moon roof, the most common response was to check the fusable link. If this is the correct diagnosis would I have any power to the rear fuses? I have tested and do have power at the rear fuses but still no power at the switches.

There's 2 modules located under the rear seat on the left hand side. One is the General Module and the 2nd one is the Relay Module. Both of these can affect the operation of Power Windows and the General Module can affect the operation of the Sunroof. This just might be your problem. If you do not have the wiring diagram you can download it from this site.
