Hi Everyone: I am trying to update just abit the look of my 1995 525i. All I really want is lens covers over the headlights. Is that possible and what "kit" would fit my car model? Has anyone ever done this? Is it very difficult. Actually I would bring it to my automachanic I just need to bring the righ stuff.

I appreciate any and all advice anyone might offer.

advice-don't even try to cover the headlights. Search the forums and you will come across various attempts. They all look "odd".

These places have body kits for the e34. there are others and you can find them via google search.

Yeh Why would you want to cover the lights? I reckon thats one of the major redeeming features of the e34. The series after ours with the covered lights looks stupid.

I think the "plastic" point is to drive home just how cheap it looks... :p

the headlight covering on the e39 is plastic? Never realized that, but I guess it makes sense from a safety and durability standpoint.
