"BMW 320i E36, Full M3 Body Kit, 525i Engine Model, 2.5L"

Let's parse this, shall we?

BMW 320i E36 - What we all need to know when looking at cars. Good.
Full M3 body kit - Sure, I can see M3 elements in there, but there are also extra crap parts added, like the side panel grilles and slats to the sideskirts.
525i Model - Does this guy even know what he's talking about? Yes, sure the 2.5L engine was also used in the 5 series, but saying it's the 525i engine model just confuses things. Just say M52 engine model, tool.
2.5L - Thanks for pointing out the obvious. An M52 engine is, in fact a 2.5L engine. Congratulations.

YOU FAIL.

Now take your poor car and sell it as quickly as you can so the next owner can fix your mistakes. Sadly, that probably won't happen.

Not all M52 engines are 2.5, mines a 2.8, they range from 2.0 to 2.8

I'd buy it, but it'd cost too much to move the steering wheel to the correct side.

At the very least, he did keep it mostly BMW. I think the parts themselves are mostly decent, just the color contrast could be improved in the front grill and the interior. They'd be much better in black. The wheels would look sex in gunmetal or matte black. The hood, shark fin, side grills and that M3 badge need to go. Nice wheels, excellent choice in spoilers, decent eyebrows although it would look much nicer if the bottom piece was removed and a nice job on the quad exhaust. At least it doesn't look like it was rammed together with chewing gum, bondo and duct tape like most rice rockets.

All in all, it's not that bad. Just a few rice components need to be gone and color corrections need to be made. You guys should be thankful he didn't jump the friggin' gun.

The steering wheel looks like it's from a life-sized transformer toy. ugh...

My bad on the engine number. It was 3am here when I posted that.
My point was more that using "525i Engine Model" is probably the worst way to going about saying what kind of engine it has.
I meant to use M50.

That's quite subtle compared to some I have seen.

So OP. It's a fail I'm afraid.

You european's sure do love using America's culture of film for inspiration on your bmw's for the likes like fast and furious, 2 fast 2 furious, and the highly acclaim fast and furious toyko drift.

what, you mean those movies aren't classics already????

(puhleeeeese..........if they were drugs they'd be crack. just a cheap thrill that gets you hooked, dillusional, and coming back for more all the while adding more and more elements to the vehicle as you tailspin out of control...)

how many think the guy filled the entire strip with body filler in order to attain a 'smoothed' look?? i sorta dig that look, subtle when done properly, but i plan on doing it to mine with metal first. then filler and finish with glazing putty.

The massive VILE M badge on the glove box is the finishing touch for me on the original bimmer... if you really can call it a bimmer....

Don't believe everything you see on the internet buddy, that chart is incorrect. Me and hundreds of other bmw technicians, like myself, would attest to that.

Although, euro spec cars may be a different story.. Because I have heard that the first M52 was introduced in 95 in europe, but I wasen't told there was a 2.5 m52 until 98 in the 323.
