I went to the junkyard saturday and found 2 metal impeller water pumps, their only like $7 a piece so I got 2 in case ones broken but they both appear to be in really good shape. The impeller on one looks like cast iron, and the other looks like its fabricated from sheet metal, but its brass I think, I believe its the newer style, my question is, which is the better one to try first?
